Privacy Policy:

In the course of providing any of our services, Austin-CMS, LLC collects and processes a wide range of information about our clients, suppliers, business partners, and employees.  Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of this data and handling it correctly is central to the way we conduct our business activities.  This policy describes how we handle Client and Personal data.

This policy is designed to protect Personal Data under applicable law as it is currently exists. Austin-CMS realizes that this policy cannot address every potential issue and circumstance, therefore, we acknowledge that this policy is subject in all respects to applicable local legal and regulatory requirements and existing agreements and confirm that we will comply with such requirements and existing agreements.

This policies apply to Austin-CMS, LLC and are effective as of July 7, 2002. All employees are required to abide by these policies.

Client Data:

Client Data includes information and data obtained directly or indirectly to better understand a client's IT environment.  This information and data will likely include information such as what equipment is used, what level of service has been selected from the vendor and what software is being used to run the business.  The information obtained in the process of creating visual documentation as well as the final documentation will be considered confidential and not shared with anyone outside of the client environment without the prior approval of the client.

Personal Data:

Personal Data obtained directly or indirectly during the process of collecting information about a clients business will be considered confidential and not made available to anyone without prior approval of the individual.

When contacting Austin-CMS for additional information, we often collect email addresses and/or phone numbers.  It is our policy to avoid sending you unsolicited e-mail or phoning you as a result of supplying us with this information unless you have asked us to do so.  If you do receive any unwanted e-mail or phone solicitation, please contact us via either email or phone.
