Austin-CMS (Configuration Management Services) was established in July of 2002 as a Limited Liability Company operating out of Apex, North Carolina. Marketing efforts are focused on the states of North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland and Delaware. Austin-CMS executives have in excess of 25 years experience working with equipment manufacturers, software companies, network service providers and the support services needed to support this environment.

Accurate, up-to-date documentation concerning IS equipment, applications and networks are vital for planning and support. Documenting critical business functions, applications, equipment and the network infrastructure helps focus resources where they are needed most. In an environment of ever changing technology, deciding what equipment to enhance, consolidate, remove and replace are difficult to make without accurate support documentation. Without documentation, experts and specialists who understand key areas of IS may not fully understand how changes in one area impact another.
