Finding TIME to design develop, test and update an Information System focused Disaster Recovery Plan is difficult.  Selecting and managing both internal and external personnel to support this effort is also a challenge.  Key to developing any Disaster Recovery plan is deciding what vulnerabilities to accept because the risk is low, what vulnerabilities to assign through outsourcing or insurance, and what vulnerabilities can be diminished by making changes.

Austin-CMS turn-key service offerings are designed to OFF-LOAD TIME CONSUMING TASKS associated with planning, organizing, and collecting information needed for Disaster Recovery Plans.  YOU SELECT what levels of support are needed throughout the process of plan development and testing.  Once the plan is accepted, YOU DECIDE what Austin-CMS support is then needed to keep this plan current.

Visual Documentation:

Once built, our Visual Documentation provides clients with the ability to LOOK at IS environments from a variety of VIEWS.  Our clients are able to then drill-down into buildings, data centers, network closets, cabinets, servers and storage.   The ability to search IS inventory by equipment name, application or other parameter allows our client base to provide higher levels customer service and make better business decisions.   They also find the WEB browser user interface to be simple, clear and easy-to-use.
